Junior Process Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for high-potential fresh graduates to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as Junior Process Associates. This role is designed as an entry point into the US healthcare ecosystem, offering structured exposure to end-to-end medical billing operations. Key Responsibilities

• Execute assigned RCM processes such as patient registration, charge entry, payment posting, and claim processing
• Perform accurate data entry and validation in billing systems with zero-defect mindset
• Review and analyze claims to ensure compliance with payer guidelines
• Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or process gaps proactively
• Support denial management and follow-up activities based on defined workflows
• Maintain daily productivity and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and turnaround times
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and data confidentiality standards at all times

Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce) – Freshers Only
• Basic understanding of MS Excel and computer operations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (basic English proficiency required)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, if required)
• Immediate joiners preferred
