Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage outbound/inbound calling activities to generate leads and drive sales
  • Handle high-value or complex customer conversations and close deals effectively
  • Train, guide, and monitor junior telecallers for performance improvement
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Track daily/weekly KPIs like conversions, call quality, and revenue targets
  • Handle escalations and resolve customer issues professionally
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with sales/marketing teams to optimize campaigns
