  • Driving savings opportunities to improve project Gross Margins

  • Coordinating with Bids/Tender teams for inputs

  • Ensuring tax compliance and execution of tender tax assumptions during the project lifecycle

  • Preparing periodic project reviews with all relevant financial analysis

  • Controlling and optimizing project results through close collaboration with Project Managers

  • Reviewing and analyzing balance sheet items linked to projects

  • Managing project hedging to limit exposure

  • Ensuring accuracy of actuals and estimates to complete

  • Leading standardization, automation, and continuous improvement in project reviews

  • Steering the project’s Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance

  • CA / CMA qualification with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience

  • Experience or understanding of SAP in FI and MM modules

  • Knowledge of financial management, risk assessment, and project optimization

  • Familiarity with hedging and treasury operations (desirable)

  • Experience in managing a team in the past

  • Experience in a manufacturing MNC unit (desirable)

  • Organized and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with new standards and practices in project financial management

  • Collaborate with transverse teams and helpful colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects

  • Utilise our inclusive and flexible working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning

  • Progress towards advanced leadership roles

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
