Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective testing strategies, providing technical leadership, and guiding the team in achieving quality objectives. You will also engage in strategic planning to enhance the quality engineering processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and make necessary adjustments.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze and interpret performance test results.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
