Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire product lifecycle. This role requires envisioning innovative testing solutions and integrating cutting-edge tools to enhance quality assurance processes. The position also includes guiding teams through complex challenges and aligning testing strategies with organizational goals to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of testing methodologies to ensure high-quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align quality engineering practices with overall project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable test automation frameworks.
- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools to validate system robustness.
- Ability to analyze complex system architectures and identify potential quality risks.
- Skilled in integrating testing solutions with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative quality engineering approaches.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
