Work Schedule: Mon – Sun (No fixed Weekoff ) 4 leave/week
Timings: 10am – 8pm

Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Executive to be the first point of
contact for our patients. The ideal candidate will handle reception duties, manage appointments,
maintain patient records, and ensure smooth clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
Manage inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and book/reschedule appointments.
Maintain and update patient records in the clinic management software/CRM.
Collect consultation and treatment fees, generate receipts, and maintain cash register
accuracy.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and telecallers to ensure smooth patient flow.
Handle walk-in inquiries and explain services, offers, and treatments.
Manage waiting area ambiance and ensure a pleasant experience for patients.
Assist with inventory requests for front desk and maintain stock levels for forms, brochures,
etc.
Prepare daily reports (appointments, revenue, patient visits) for management review.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any stream (Hospitality or Healthcare preferred).
Experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist (preferably in healthcare or hospitality).
Excellent communication skills (English + local language).
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and clinic management software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Pleasant personality, good grooming, and professional etiquette
Key Attributes:
Patient-centric, empathetic, and approachable.
High attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle peak-hour pressure gracefully.
