Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by coordinating order processing, distributor communication, sales reporting, and customer service activities. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience in FMCG sales operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, distributors, and customers for smooth order execution.
• Process sales orders and ensure timely dispatch in coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports (MIS).
• Track sales targets, primary and secondary sales, and pending orders.
• Maintain distributor and customer master data.
• Coordinate with the finance team for payment follow-ups, credit notes, and invoice reconciliation.
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, and product availability.
• Prepare presentations and sales analysis reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation of sales records and agreements.
• Support the sales team during product launches, promotions, and market campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working with ERP/SAP or Sales Force Automation (SFA) tools is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
