Senior Waiter / Senior Steward – Restaurant, Banquet & Restro Bar Service

• Job ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests efficiently
• Handle restaurant, banquet, and restro bar service operations
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and service standards
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar team for smooth service flow
• Suggest menu items, beverages, and promotional offers to guests
• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and hospitality standards
• Handle guest complaints politely and report issues to management
• Supervise junior stewards and support team coordination
• Ensure timely clearing and resetting of tables
• Follow hygiene, grooming, and safety standards at all times
• Assist during banquet events, corporate functions, and party service
• Maintain billing coordination and support POS operations if required
• Ensure availability of service materials and station readiness
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in restaurant / hotel / restro bar / banquet service preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
• Ability to handle busy service operations
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards
