Job Description

  • Operate and monitor STP and ETP systems, pumps, blowers, filters, dosing systems, and related equipment.
  • Check plant parameters such as pH, TDS, MLSS, flow, pressure, and chemical dosing regularly.
  • Maintain daily log sheets and operational records.
  • Ensure treated water quality meets statutory and environmental standards.
  • Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
  • Handle sludge removal, chemical preparation, and dosing activities.
  • Identify operational issues and report breakdowns immediately.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs and servicing.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices in plant areas.
  • Monitor water consumption and recycling systems.
  • Assist during pollution control inspections and audits.
  • Follow company SOPs and environmental compliance requirements.
