  • Outbound Calling: Proactively calling prospective customers using company-provided data to introduce chit fund schemes.
  • Scheme Explanation: Clearly explaining chit benefits, monthly installments and tenure.
  • Lead Conversion: Persuading potential clients to enroll in chit plans and closing sales over the phone.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, call logs, and following up on interested leads.
