🚀 About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecalling Executive to connect with customers, generate leads, and support sales activities. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and maintaining good customer relationships.
📞 Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Handle inbound inquiries and provide information
Explain products/services clearly and effectively
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Follow up with customers regularly
Maintain call records and update CRM
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
🧠 Requirements
Good communication skills (Tamil + basic English preferred)
Confident and polite speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
🌟 Preferred Skills (Optional)
Previous telecalling / sales experience
Knowledge of CRM tools
Experience in customer support or lead generation
