We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join Oneten Building Solutions.
📌 Requirements:
🎓 B.Tech in Civil Engineering
🏗️ Minimum 5+ years of experience (Residential/Commercial Projects)
💻 Must have own laptop
🏍️ Must have own bike (for site visits)
📍 Preference to candidates residing in Dehradun
🛠️ Technical Skills Required:
📐 Preparation of BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
📊 Preparation & understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities)
🧱 Strong knowledge of RCC work, drawings & site execution
📏 Ability to read & execute architectural and structural drawings
🏗️ Complete site handling capability
👷♂️ Site Responsibilities:
👥 Labour management & supervision
🤝 Client coordination & handling
📅 Planning, scheduling & daily progress tracking
🔍 Quality control & material management
📸 Site reporting & updates
