Job Description
About the Role:
We are hiring a Sales Executive for our Pharma third-party manufacturing business.
This is a calling-based B2B sales role focused on client acquisition and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call potential clients (PCD distributors, pharma companies, startups)
* Explain third-party pharma manufacturing services
* Generate leads and convert them into business
* Handle client queries, pricing discussions, and follow-ups
* Coordinate with internal team for order processing and delivery
* Maintain daily call and conversion records
Requirements:
* Good communication and convincing skills
* Basic knowledge of pharma industry (preferred)
* Experience in telesales / B2B sales is a plus
* Target-oriented and confident personality
Important:
This is a calling + client conversion role (not a backend/support job).
