We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Leasing Manager with strong knowledge of commercial and retail leasing. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end leasing activities, tenant coordination, and achieving leasing targets.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Handle leasing activities for commercial/retail properties

• Identify potential clients and generate leasing opportunities

• Conduct property site visits and client meetings

• Negotiate lease terms and finalize agreements

• Coordinate with brokers and channel partners

• Maintain tenant relationships and ensure timely closures

• Prepare leasing reports and market analysis

• Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth possession and documentation

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Leasing

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good knowledge of commercial leasing processes

• Ability to handle client meetings independently

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting

• Target-oriented and presentable personality
