Role Description:

Trekking Compass is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our team. You’ll engage with potential trekkers, guide them through our offerings, and help convert interest into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

* Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable trek packages.

* Follow up with leads and maintain a high conversion rate.

* Maintain accurate records on CRM and manage lead pipelines.

* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate pre-departure communication.

* Support sales promotions, offers, and group departure planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

* Freshers and experienced candidates (0–1 years in sales/customer service).

* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Basic knowledge of trekking destinations is a plus.

* Comfortable using Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.

* Positive attitude, team player, and target-driven approach.
