Job Description

Job Title: Accounts & MIS Executive (AV Industry)


Company: Crystal Presentation Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Crystal Presentation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an AV (Audio Visual) Integration company. We provide complete solutions for boardrooms, conference rooms, training rooms, and corporate spaces. Our work includes designing, supplying, and installing advanced AV systems for reputed clients.



Job Responsibilities:

Accounts & Data Entry:

  • Enter sales and purchase entries in Busy Accounting Software and Tally
  • Maintain complete records of sales, purchases, and warranties
  • Generate invoices and maintain proper documentation



Excel & MIS:

  • Prepare and manage data in Excel (MIS reports)
  • Work on Excel formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUM, etc.
  • Prepare project-wise inventory in Excel



PO & Proposal Management:

  • Check all Purchase Orders (POs) received from clients
  • Match PO details with approved proposal/quotation
  • Verify product details, quantity, pricing, and terms
  • Identify and report any mismatch between PO and proposal



Stock & Inventory Management:

  • Maintain stock records and track inventory
  • Check available stock vs required stock
  • Plan what material needs to be ordered
  • Prepare and update inventory records



Vendor Coordination & Purchase:

  • Coordinate with vendors to take prices/quotations
  • Prepare and enter Purchase Orders (POs)



Accounts Coordination:

  • Maintain debit and credit records properly
  • Check and reconcile ledgers regularly
  • Follow up for pending payments from clients
  • Coordinate with accounts team for payment updates



Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of Busy Software and Tally
  • Basic understanding of accounts and inventory
  • Good typing speed and accuracy
  • Attention to detail and organized working style



Qualification:

  • Graduate (Preferably B.Com / Commerce background)



Experience:

  • 1–3 years (Freshers with strong Excel & accounts knowledge can also apply)



Other Requirements:

  • Responsible and disciplined
  • Willing to learn and handle multiple tasks
  • Basic communication skills
