Job Description

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Saket

We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist management with administrative and field-related tasks. The candidate should be responsible, organized, and ready to handle multiple tasks as assigned.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily administrative and office work
  • Visit assigned locations for official tasks when required
  • Handle documents, files, and coordination work
  • Maintain records and basic reports
  • Support management in day-to-day operations
  • Coordinate with staff, clients, and vendors
  • Perform miscellaneous office tasks as instructed


  • Requirements:
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible and punctual attitude
  • Ability to travel locally for office work when needed
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply


  • Preferred:
  • Two-wheeler & valid driving license
  • Previous experience in admin, office assistance, or field coordination
