Job Description
We are looking for an AI Growth Engineer & Performance Marketer who can build AI-powered websites, landing pages, funnels, and automation systems while managing paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build websites and landing pages using AI and no-code tools.
Set up conversion tracking, analytics, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
Create and optimize sales funnels for lead generation.
Plan, launch, and manage Meta, Google, and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI through testing and optimization.
Build AI automations using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Zapier, and n8n.
Automate lead nurturing, CRM workflows, and business processes.
Conduct A/B testing and use data to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Ability to build websites and landing pages using AI or no-code platforms.
Understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and funnel optimization.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.
Experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or Framer experience.
CRM and email automation knowledge.
Basic understanding of APIs and AI integrations.
Previous agency experience.
