Job Description
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive MBA fresher to join our team. The role focuses on business growth through vendor development, field visits, and lead generation (both offline and online).
Key Responsibilities:
* Visit market/field regularly to identify new business opportunities
* Generate leads through field work, cold visits, and online platforms
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients
* Convert leads into business through effective communication and follow-ups
* Negotiate and onboard new vendors/partners
* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of operations
* Track daily activities, leads, and conversions through reports
* Work on strategies to expand business and increase market reach
Requirements:
* MBA (Freshers can apply)
* Good communication skills in English
* Presentable personality with confident speaking skills
* Willingness to travel extensively for field work
* Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development
* Knowledge of MS Office and online lead generation tools is a plus
