Role OverviewWe are looking for energetic and target-driven professionals for the role of Assistant Sales Manager. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring SME customers, driving field sales, onboarding clients, and ensuring smooth transportation solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new SME customers through field sales activities.
• Onboard customers and ensure successful first placement.
• Increase customer penetration and generate repeat business.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships in the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely payment collection and recovery.
• Resolve customer concerns, escalations, and service-related issues.
• Maintain sales updates and customer data in CRM systems.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Key Skills Required

• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Good follow-up and payment recovery capabilities.
• Ground lead generation expertise.
• Good communication and escalation handling skills.
• Tech-savvy with CRM/mobile applications.
• Result-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably handling SME customers.
• Experience in payment collection/recovery is preferred.
• Must own a bike/scooter for field travel.
• Must have a smartphone.
