Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to handle end-to-end project coordination for signage projects after sales. This role blends client servicing, operations, and team coordination.
🔑 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
👉 Manage client coordination post-sales
👉 Track project timelines & progress
👉 Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
👉 Handle delays, reporting & invoicing support
👉 Focus on client satisfaction & retention
💼 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
4+ 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 experience in customer support/project coordination/operations
Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & CRM tools
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
