Job Title: Backend Executive (Accounts & Operations Female Only)

Company: Panav Biotech Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Rama Road, Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

Experience: 1–2 Years

Qualification: B.Com

Job Summary Panav Biotech Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Backend Executive with strong accounting knowledge and operational support experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally Prime, Excel, calculations, receivables management, and client coordination. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle backend operations efficiently are essential.


Key Responsibilities


• Manage day-to-day backend operations and administrative support activities.

• Maintain and update accounting records using Tally Prime.

• Monitor and track Bills Receivable and outstanding payments.

• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding dues and payment collections.

• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, sales reports, and payment tracking sheets.

• Perform percentage calculations, reconciliation, and data verification.

• Handle invoicing, documentation, and record management.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operational workflow.

• Ensure accuracy of data entry and accounting records.

• Communicate professionally with clients regarding account-related matters.


Required Skills


• Good understanding of Accounts Receivable and Bills Receivable.

• Strong knowledge of percentage calculations and basic accounting concepts.

• Proficiency in Tally Prime.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, spreadsheets, reporting).

• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to follow up with clients professionally regarding outstanding payments.

• Organized, smart, and proactive approach to work.
