Business Development Associate

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in educational sales, particularly NEET-PG/FMGE course selling, along with a strong grasp of user acquisition strategies and CRM management.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective students and parents via phone calls to promote NEETPG/FMGE courses.

Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments, ensuring a seamless handover to the post-sales team.

Maintain accurate and updated customer data in the CRM system.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager for daily reporting, performance tracking, and strategy discussions.

Contribute to user acquisition campaigns and help drive overall sales growth.
