Business Development Manager (BDM)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES,

1) Responsible for daily tele-calling to dealers for payment recovery and order follow-ups

2) Ensure continuous and strong follow-ups until payments are received

3) Handle customer delays, excuses, and objections firmly and professionally

4) Coordinate with accounts team for outstanding and ledger details

5) Maintain clear communication with customers regarding dues and payment timelines

6) Visit customers locally when required for payment collection or issue resolution

7) Generate sales by taking orders from customers and ensuring regular order follow-ups

8) Support promotion of schemes, new products, and slow-moving items

9) Maintain daily reporting of calls, commitments, collections, and orders

10) Achieve monthly payment recovery and sales targets

11) Work with discipline, accountability, and a result-oriented approach under pressure

12) Do not apply if you are not comfortable with regular follow-ups, asking for payments, or visiting customers.

**13) Candidate must be ready to make 80–120 calls per day and maintain strict follow-up discipline**

WORKING DETAILS,

• Working Days: 6 days (Sunday off)
• Working Hours: (10 AM – 8 PM)
• Location: Office-based + field visits

BASIC SKILLS REQUIRED,

• Hindi fluency mandatory
• Very good speaking skill
• Basic Excel / computer knowledge
• Experience in telecalling / recovery/ customer relations
