Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and pending EMIs.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment of dues.
  • Obtain and track Payment Promises (PTP) from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in the system.
  • Meet daily call and collection targets.
  • Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments and provide appropriate resolutions.
  • Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective recovery and account resolution.
  • Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
