Content Writer

We are looking for a full-time remote Content Writer to create clear, engaging, and well-researched content for a global audience, primarily based in the United States.

You will be writing for an established blog and Facebook page with a large and active following, so the content needs to be engaging, accurate, and tailored for high audience interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality blog articles, summaries, and short-form content based on provided topics and reference material
• Create engaging scripts for short videos (Reels, Shorts, social media content)
• Adapt writing style to suit a US audience, including tone, phrasing, and cultural context
• Conduct basic research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and content goals

Requirements:

• Excellent command of written English (grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structure)
• Strong understanding of American culture, tone, and commonly used slang
• Ability to write in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand style
• Basic knowledge of SEO writing is a plus (not mandatory for freshers)
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Tools & Content Quality Expectations

• Candidates may use AI tools (such as ChatGPT) for research or drafting support
• However, all submitted content must be original, well-structured, and human-edited
• Content should not feel AI-generated or generic, and must pass basic plagiarism checks
• The writer is responsible for ensuring accuracy, clarity, and a natural, engaging tone
