Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Corporate Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and institutional partnerships in Gurugram. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients, onboarding them for regular FMCG (beverage) supply, and building long-term business relationships across offices, corporate parks, and organized institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & Acquisition
- Identify and onboard corporate clients (offices, tech parks, co-working spaces, institutions)
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in Gurugram
- Drive new account acquisition through field visits, referrals, and networking
Client Engagement & Deal Closure
- Pitch corporate supply solutions and negotiate commercials
- Close contracts for regular beverage supply and bulk procurement
- Liaise with procurement/admin/vendor onboarding teams
Market Expansion
- Map high-potential corporate clusters and penetrate key zones
- Drive visibility and placement across office premises and cafeterias
- Execute corporate activations, sampling, and engagement initiatives
Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with operations, logistics, and distribution teams
- Ensure seamless supply, timely delivery, and stock availability
- Monitor competitor activity and implement counter strategies
Performance Tracking
- Track sales, collections, and account performance
- Maintain CRM/pipeline data and submit regular reports
- Candidate Profile3–7 years of experience in FMCG / beverage / B2B / institutional sales
- Strong exposure to corporate sales / modern trade / HoReCa / distribution
- Existing network in Gurugram corporate ecosystem (preferred)
- Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-driven and field-oriented
- Preferred BackgroundExperience with beverage / FMCG brands
- Exposure to corporate supply, vendor onboarding, or procurement handling
- Familiarity with Gurugram corporate hubs and clusters
- Compensation₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (based on experience)
