🚨 Hiring: Relationship Manager – Gurugram/ Delhi/ Noida
🚨 Ambak Fintech Pvt. Ltd. is expanding in NCR and we are looking for energetic, street-smart, target-driven professionals for a core Field Sales role in the Home Loan segment.
If you enjoy being on the ground, meeting builders, connectors & customers daily, and closing deals — this role is for you.
🔹 Role Type: Field Sales (On-Ground)
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate Home Loan & LAP business through field visits
✔ Meet builders, brokers, DSAs & connectors on a daily basis
✔ Source fresh leads from the local real estate market
✔ Drive login files and ensure faster disbursements
✔ Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
✔ Maintain strong local market presence in assigned territory
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2–5 years of experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Sales
✅ Strong local network in Bangalore (Builders / DSAs / Brokers)
✅ Comfortable with daily field work & target pressure
✅ Strong negotiation & closing skills
✅ Basic knowledge of loan documentation & process
💰 Compensation:
CTC: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives & Benefits
