Open Positions:1. Key Account Manager (KAM) – Tele sales

Role Overview:

We are hiring candidates for the KAM (Tele sales) role who will be responsible for managing retailer relationships and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with retailers via calls
• Drive repeat purchases and increase order value
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales targets
• Handle queries and provide product-related information

2. Superstar – Field Executive Management

Role Overview:

This role focuses on onboarding and managing freelancers/field executives to strengthen ground-level operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard freelancers / field executives
• Train them on company processes and sales approach
• Monitor performance and productivity
• Ensure effective execution in the field

Languages Required: Odiya, Bengali, Kannada, Marathi, Telugu, Tamil, Assamese, Malayalam, Gujarati

• Eligibility Criteria: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Proficiency in at least one of the required vernacular languages
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales aptitude preferred
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Open to relocation

Compensation: Salary will be offered based on candidate’s experience and last drawn CTC, along with performance-based incentives.
