Job Description

We are looking for energetic and motivated Relationship Managers for our POSP Channel. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and supporting POSP advisors while driving insurance sales and maintaining strong relationships.

  • Roles & Responsibilities:Recruit and onboard POSP advisors
  • Generate business through POSP channel
  • Guide advisors on insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong client/advisor relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Support team in lead conversion and policy issuance
  • Eligibility:Graduate in any stream
  • 1–5 years experience in Sales/Insurance preferred
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills
