We are seeking an experienced Air Ticketing Specialist with strong expertise in corporate travel and airline ticketing operations. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling complex travel requirements independently and ensuring accurate, timely, and cost-effective travel arrangements.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of domestic and international airline ticketing procedures.
• Hands-on expertise in GDS platforms such as Amadeus and Galileo.
• Excellent understanding of fare construction, fare rules, ticketing procedures, and airline policies.
• Ability to efficiently manage ticket issuance, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes.
• Experience handling complex and time-sensitive corporate travel requirements.
• Ability to independently manage corporate bookings from initial request through ticketing and post-ticketing support.
• Strong knowledge of airline schedules, routing, baggage policies, and applicable fare conditions.
• Ability to provide quick and accurate solutions during travel disruptions, schedule changes, or last-minute requests.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
