Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass & above and 0 - 1 years of experience, understands and speaks good English. The role involves resolving customer complaints, providing the right information, and escalating complex problems to the relevant department when needed. Candidates must be open to a 6-day working week during the Day shift.
