Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, builders, architects, and channel partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer communication
- Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and product-related concerns
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business retention
- Follow up with inactive customers and revive old business accounts
- Sales CoordinationCoordinate with sales team, ASM, distributors, and internal departments
- Track enquiries, quotations, orders, dispatch, and delivery status
- Ensure timely response to dealer/distributor requirements
- Support sales team in order closure and customer communication
- Manage order confirmations and payment follow-ups
- Complaint HandlingHandle customer complaints regarding:
- Product quality issues
- Delivery delays
- Damage/shortage complaints
- Installation-related concerns
- Service support issues
- Coordinate with QC, dispatch, warehouse, and management for resolution
- Maintain proper complaint records and closure reports
- Order & Dispatch CoordinationMonitor order processing from booking to delivery
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics team
- Update customers on dispatch schedules and delivery timelines
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment process
- Dealer / Distributor SupportProvide product catalogue, pricing, schemes, and promotional support
- Support onboarding of new dealers/distributors
- Coordinate market visit requests with ASM/sales team
- Maintain distributor relationship health
- CRM Data ManagementUpdate CRM software / ERP with customer details
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Track follow-ups, pending issues, complaints, and resolutions
- Generate weekly/monthly CRM reports
- Payment Follow-Up SupportCoordinate with accounts and sales team for outstanding payments
- Follow up professionally for due payments
- Maintain payment communication records
- Required SkillsStrong customer relationship management skills

- ERP / CRM software knowledge
- MS Excel reporting

- Preferred Experience3–8 years experience in:
- Sanitaryware
- Bathroom Accessories
- CP Fittings
- Hardware Industry
- Building Material Industry
- Educational QualificationGraduate / MBA preferred
- Sales / Marketing / Business background preferred
