Job Description
- Maintain and update customer databases, purchase records, and interaction history in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, buyers, and clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order updates and customer support.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat business and feedback collection.
- Share product updates, offers, promotional campaigns, and new collection information with customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports and customer analysis reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of customer communication and order status.
- Assist in customer retention strategies and loyalty programs.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvement measures.
- Support management in achieving sales and customer engagement targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company data.
