Job Description

Role and Responsibility:

  • Connect with existing clients through calls and WhatsApp.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets.
  • Take orders, punch them on Tally, and forward them to the Dispatch team.
  • Collect payments from clients via call into the company’s bank account.
  • Resolve client-related issues efficiently and politely.
  • Prepare and maintain reports using Google Sheets.

Key Competencies:

  • Basic Tally.
  • Basic Excel.
  • Soft-spoken and good communication skills.
  • Confidence in handling clients.
  • Clear speech and polite tone.
