Job Description
Role and Responsibility:
- Connect with existing clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets.
- Take orders, punch them on Tally, and forward them to the Dispatch team.
- Collect payments from clients via call into the company’s bank account.
- Resolve client-related issues efficiently and politely.
- Prepare and maintain reports using Google Sheets.
Key Competencies:
- Basic Tally.
- Basic Excel.
- Soft-spoken and good communication skills.
- Confidence in handling clients.
- Clear speech and polite tone.
