Job Description

  1. Making Outbound Calls – Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, offers, or surveys.
  2. Receiving Inbound Calls – Answer customer queries, complaints, or requests.
  3. Promoting Products/Services – Explain features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers.
  4. Maintaining Customer Records – Update customer details, call outcomes, and feedback in the system.
  5. Lead Generation – Identify interested customers and pass them to the sales team.
  6. Customer Support – Resolve issues or direct customers to the correct department.
