Job Description

  1. Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
  2. Develop and implement SEO strategies — keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimisation, and link building
  3. Monitor campaign performance daily; manage budgets and optimise bids to hit KPIs
  4. Write compelling ad copy and brief designers on creative assets
  5. Build and manage email marketing campaigns and automated workflows
  6. Track, analyse, and report on all digital channel performance using GA4 and dashboards
  7. Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
  8. Manage the organic social media calendar and community engagement
  9. Keep up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
