Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven E-commerce Marketplace Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels across multiple marketplaces. The candidate should have strong knowledge of marketplace operations, product management, sales growth strategies, and advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage seller accounts on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, Myntra, etc.

Manage daily marketplace operations including order processing, listings, inventory coordination, and account health.

Optimize product detail pages with proper titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing strategies.

Plan and execute advertising campaigns on marketplaces to improve visibility, traffic, and sales.

Monitor sales performance and identify effective strategies to increase revenue and conversions.

Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads, dispatches, and operational support.

Analyze marketplace trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve performance.

Ensure smooth handling of returns, customer queries, and marketplace compliance.

Requirements

Prior experience in handling E-commerce marketplace accounts.

Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, Meesho, Myntra, and similar platforms.

Understanding of marketplace ads and promotional campaigns.

Knowledge of SEO for product listings and conversion optimization.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage day-to-day operations independently and meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills

Experience with catalog management and bulk listing uploads.

Understanding of analytics, reporting, and performance tracking.

Creative thinking for sales growth and promotional activities.
