E-Commerce Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, active, and experienced candidate who can independently handle complete marketplace operations from A to Z. The candidate should have practical knowledge of product listing, sales growth, order management, claims handling, and marketplace account management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts on Meesho, Amazon, and Flipkart
• Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images
• Handle complete catalog management and bulk uploads
• Generate and improve product sales using marketplace strategies
• Manage ads/promotions/campaigns to increase visibility and conversions
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, pricing, and returns
• Manage SPF claims, safe claims, lost shipment claims, and reconciliation processes
• Monitor account health, policy compliance, and performance metrics
• Handle customer issues, negative ratings, and return-related problems
• Coordinate with courier/support teams for shipment and delivery issues
• Research trending products and competitor strategies
• Maintain reports for sales, profit, ads, and daily marketplace activities

Requirements:

• Minimum experience in E-commerce Marketplace Management
• Good knowledge of Meesho Seller Panel, Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub
• Knowledge of listing optimization, keywords, and sales growth techniques
• Experience in claim handling and reconciliation
• Basic Excel and computer knowledge required
• Smart problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to handle work independently

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of ads and promotional tools
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics or e-commerce products
• Bulk listing and catalog management experience
• Understanding of marketplace policies and account management
