Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month

Experience: 1–2 years in e-commerce / marketplace operations

Reports to: Operations Lead

About the role:

Support our Operations Lead in running our brands across Amazon, Flipkart, and our Shopify website (Eleek.in). This is an executor role — you’ll handle daily marketplace tasks under the Operations Lead’s guidance, with occasional direct input from the founder. Strong follow-through matters more than strategy here.

Day-to-day work:

• Product uploads, listing updates, and catalog management on Amazon, Flipkart & Shopify

• Monitoring ad campaigns and pulling basic reports (ROAS, ACOS, spend)

• Coordinating with marketplace partners (Cocoblu, RetailNet) for order issues, listing fixes, and escalations

• Working with designers and agencies to get product images, A+ content, and creatives delivered on time

• Tracking inventory, pricing updates, and competitor listings

• Supporting new product launches with listings, images, and content uploads

You’re a good fit if you have:

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Dashboard

• Basic familiarity with marketplace ads (you don’t need to have managed budgets independently)

• Comfort with Excel and data entry

• Good communication in English and Hindi

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quick to follow through

• Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a small team
