E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Manager to oversee and manage our online sales operations,

digital storefronts, and marketplace performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, managing product listings, and coordinating marketing campaigns across e-commerce platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website and online marketplaces.Optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.Monitor website performance, traffic, conversions, and customer behavior.Plan and execute online promotional campaigns and sales strategies.Coordinate with marketing, design, operations, and customer support teams.

Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.Improve SEO, product visibility, and conversion rates.Handle marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify stores.

Ensure smooth order processing, fulfillment, and return management.Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activity, and industry best practices.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales management.Strong understanding of online marketplaces and D2C operations.Experience with SEO, paid ads, analytics, and conversion optimization.Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and e-commerce.
