E-commerce Operations – FMCG

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Lead to manage fulfillment-related operations for our FMCG e-commerce and quick commerce channels. The role will involve tracking GRNs, stock discrepancies, RTVs, debit notes, credit notes, and coordinating closely with warehouse and marketplace teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.

* Match PO quantities with invoice quantities and actual packing/dispatch quantities.

* Coordinate with warehouse teams for dispatch mismatches, shortages, RTV stock, and stock reconciliation.

* Investigate discrepancies related to GRNs, DNs, RTVs, CNs, and stock movement.

* Generate, update, and maintain GRN, DN, RTV, CN, and discrepancy reports.

* Follow up with platforms, internal teams, and warehouse teams for timely closure of issues.

* Ensure accurate reporting and maintain proper documentation for all operational cases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.

* 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or vendor operations, preferably in FMCG.

* Hands-on experience with quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, or similar.

* Strong MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and reporting.

* Strong communication and coordination skills.

* Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience in vendor operations for quick commerce platforms.

* Experience handling GRNs, shortages, RTVs, debit notes, credit notes, and warehouse coordination.
