💼 Role OverviewWe’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Sales Specialist who can aggressively scale revenue across marketplaces and D2C channels. If you thrive on numbers, optimization, and growth—this role is for you.
- 🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDrive aggressive monthly & yearly revenue targets across e-commerce platforms
- Manage & optimize Amazon Ads (PPC) and performance marketing campaigns
- Track daily metrics, pricing trends, competition, and category insights
- Oversee Website & D2C (Shopify) performance and growth
- Scale presence across quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, etc.)
- ✅ Requirements 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce & marketplace management
- Proven track record of scaling sales via Amazon Seller Central
- Experience managing quick commerce platforms (Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, etc.)
- Previously handled ₹1 Cr+ annual online revenue
- Strong expertise in:
- Amazon PPC & marketplace analytics
- Keyword research, SEO, A+ content & catalog optimization
- Advanced skills in Excel, reporting & data analysis
