Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales Executive for our Home Curtains & Blinds business. The candidate will visit customers’ homes, show curtain catalogues/samples, take measurements, suggest suitable designs, and finalize orders.
Responsibilities
Visit customer locations for curtain/blinds requirements
Carry catalogues and fabric samples during visits
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products
Take basic window measurements at site
Explain fabric quality, designs, pricing, and installation process
Convert leads into confirmed orders
Coordinate with office/team for quotations and order processing
Follow up with customers for order confirmation
Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Required Skills
Good communication and customer handling skills
Confidence in face-to-face sales
Basic measurement understanding
Sales and negotiation skills
Professional behavior and presentable personality
Smartphone and WhatsApp usage knowledge
Preferred Experience
Home furnishing / Curtains & Blinds
Interior or Furniture sales
Field sales or direct sales experience
Modular kitchen / home decor industry experience preferred
