Field Sales Executive

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Field Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth in NCR Regions of Delhi like Noida, Greater Noida, Indrapuram, Vaishali, etc in Uttar Pradesh and Faridabad, Gurgaon, Panipat, Sonipat in Haryana

Active Listening & Empathy: Ability to truly understand client needs rather than just delivering a script.

Relationship Building (Rapport): Cultivating trust and long-term partnerships, not just conducting transactions.

Communication Skills: Clear and confident verbal communication, adapting style to different clients.

Negotiation and Closing: Ability to handle objections and secure beneficial agreements without defaulting to discounts.

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of what they are selling, its benefits, and its limitations.

Persistence & Adaptability: Maintaining motivation despite rejections and adjusting approaches based on client interaction.

Prospecting & Lead Qualification: Identifying new opportunities and determining if a lead is worth pursuing.
