Job Description
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive responsible for visiting retail stores and onboarding new shops for our products. The candidate will approach both company-provided leads and self-identified stores in the market, build relationships with shop owners, take orders, coordinate deliveries, and collect payments for previous orders after delivery. The role requires regular field visits, good communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to maintain strong retailer relationships while achieving sales targets. Prior experience in FMCG or field sales is preferred but not mandatory.
