Freelance Recruiter—Retainership

We are looking for a reliable freelance HR coordinator to help us hire part-time talent across admin, finance, and research roles on an ongoing basis.

The role is simple — when we need to hire someone, you post the ads, screen the applicants, and send us a shortlist of people who are actually worth meeting. We do not want raw CVs dumped in our inbox. We want you to speak to candidates first, understand their availability and expectations, and give us a short summary with each profile.

We value someone who stays on top of things, keeps us in the loop without being asked, and treats this as an active engagement. Beyond active hiring, it would be great if over time you build and maintain a small warm bench of pre-screened candidates across our common role types — so that when we need someone quickly, we are not starting from scratch.

This is a paid monthly retainer. The right person for this role is organized, communicates well, knows how to source across platforms like Indeed, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed etc and understands how a professional office environment works.
