Job Description

🔹 Position: Recruiter (Bulk Hiring)

🔹 Experience: 1 to 3 Years

🔹 Location: Delhi & Punjab

🔹 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (In-hand)

🔹 Qualification: Any Graduate


🔹 Key Requirements:

✔️ Experience in bulk hiring

✔️ Hands-on experience with job portals like Naukri, Apna & LinkedIn

✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills

✔️ Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment


🔹 Job Role:


Sourcing and screening candidates

Coordinating interviews with clients

Managing candidate pipeline and closures

Daily follow-ups and reporting
