Job Description

Position - Senior HR Executive

Role Summary:


Manage end-to-end recruitment and monthly payroll processing while ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
  • Screen candidates & coordinate interviews
  • Process monthly payroll, attendance & leave records
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Address employee queries on HR & payroll
  • Requirements:2–10 years experience in recruitment + payroll
  • Knowledge of labour laws & payroll systems
  • Good communication & attention to detail
