Job OverviewWe are looking for proactive and target-driven HR Interns responsible for hiring Sales Interns. This is a performance-based role directly contributing to company growth.
Key Responsibilities- Source candidates via Apna, Internshala, WorkIndia, Indeed
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Explain job role, targets, and compensation
- Schedule interviews and manage onboarding
- Follow up for sales completion
- Maintain daily reports
Hiring TargetsDaily: 1 successful hire
Monthly: 25 hires
*Hiring counted only after sales completion*
CompensationFixed Stipend: ₹2,000/month
Incentive: ₹100 per hire
Total Potential: ₹4,500/month
Payout TermsIncentives: Weekly (Mon–Sat, paid next Monday)
Stipend: Monthly
Eligibility- Good communication skills

Conditions- Hiring valid after sales completion
